30 Seconds to Mars Also discovered a DigRadio a few hours ago.....here is the word from Francis Brew: "This is an internet based rock station borne out of the loss we all felt on that fateful seventh day of November. DigRadio intends to pick up where NU107 left off; we even have most of the last batch onboard. We miss the old station,we missed each other, and we miss YOU." Weekend get-away to the 11th Hot Air Balloon Fiesta Clark Air Base Pampanga. We left Manila around 3am and grabbed snacks as soon as we hit the gas stations @ NLEX. At around 5am, the cue of the cars to the parking area was a mess, but the line for the ticket was worse....the balloons are flying already when we entered the venue.... Ticket kayo dyan..psst walang sisinget please? saka bawal magpabili.. Mag stunts naman kayo dyan hehe We moved over to VFW resto for a quick lunch before hitting the oldskool duty free stores here Pork Prime - dinaan ata sa sauce ito hihihi Stuffed Chicken - kulang ata sa alat hihihi...more photos to follow
Last week, we had a meeting with the talented folks over at Elite Models Manila for their upcoming website..It's our first time to be there at their massive studio space @ A Venue Makati, they happily gave us a quick tour of the 1600 plus square meter area! A very inspiring talk by Lucille Tenazas earlier! Ayala Museum has invited international graphic designer Lucille Tenazas as speaker. The incumbent Henry Wolf Professor in Design and Technology at Parsons The New School for Design in New York, she will share her experiences and philosophy as a designer and educator. A BFA graduate in Advertising Design at College of the Holy Spirit, she studied at California College of the Arts in San Francisco where she taught for 20 years. She earned her MFA in Design at Cranbook Academy of Art in Michigan and has been principal of her studio, Tenazas Design, workng on communication design projects primarily for cultural institutions. She was the National President of the American Institute of Graphic Design (AIGA) from 1996-98 and in 2002, was awarded the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Award in Communications Design.
